What is covered by this defects warranty policy

Products are generally guaranteed between 12 and 24 months after purchase, unless otherwise specified. Other products have guarantees of more than 2 years, for some components even 5 years.
Beware of batteries (rechargeable batteries) read carefully in the Technical Book chapter that refers to this product.
Ordinary batteries (from remote controls, other accessories) have no warranty. They are consumables and have only an initial 30-day purchase guarantee.
The service is provided by the manufacturing company (importing) with name and address in the Warranty Certificate, accompanying the purchased products (BONASERV srl) and based on the tax invoice (copy) and the guarantee certificate accompanying the products shipped by us.
Please send to us the broken parts, which we will repair, recondition (if it is the supplier’s fault – see the conditions of the Warranty and Compliance Certificate – at our expense, if not, then at customer expense) in the service units in the county Brasov (possibly exchange with a new product).
Before sending the product for remediation please make the complaint in writing by email or on the complaint form on the site, and a service consultant and guarantees will indicate the location in Brasov where you can send the product (the answer also in writing).
