Return policy for online shopping
Electric Vehicles are not available for purchase through the On-Line platform (site).
To purchase an electric vehicle, we warmly recommend that you request and purchase a Test Drive at the ELBONS headquarters before purchasing.
The Return Policy refers to those products that are suitable for online sales. Example: spare parts, auxiliaries, various other products related to them. You can return the product (products) purchased and paid within a maximum of 14 calendar days of receiving it.
Exceptions to this rule are products that have been made or imported to order or have special customizations requested by the customer.
The consumer (customer) has the right to notify the trader in writing that he is giving up the purchase, without penalty, if the reason given (and proved by photo) is related to the quality of the execution and or the materials used, other than in the description, dimensions not in accordance with those in the description and presentation of the products or data entered in the Offer or the Proforma Invoice. The invocation of a reason is made, within 5 calendar days from the receipt of the product or, in the case of services, assembly, from the conclusion of the contract.

Also in the following situations:
- The product is damaged or broken;
- You have received a product other than the one ordered;
The difference between the image of the products in the online store and the one received by you is obvious and it proves (including the color difference but not the shade). However, according to the Terms of Use of this site, all pictures are for information purposes, although they try to reflect as accurately as possible the product you will receive. The colors are viewed differently depending on the computer graphics card, monitor, settings, etc.
For the reasons shown above you have two options to choose from:
We will replace the damaged product, in which case you will no longer have to pay the value of the shipment. Please check the condition of the product delivered in the presence of the carrier’s delegate. If the product is damaged or you notice the damaged packaging, please mention this on the transport form and immediately claim this to ELBONS. If the product reaches you damaged, please refuse to receive it. Otherwise, any subsequent complaint is void, please open (unpack the product in the presence of the courier) to verify the integrity of it. If you later find that the product is broken or has malfunctions and, please contact us at the email address in the contact form.
You will receive in full the amount you have spent, including shipping and shipping charges only if there have been no special cases of transport. You will receive instructions by email on the implementation of the chosen option.
Return of the products
The product must be returned in the original packaging at the BONASERV srl headquarters. (ELBONS).
Return transport costs are not refundable. We will accept for transport only products that have prepaid transport taxes directly through us. The refund is made by the same method by which you made the payment. The product is not compensated if:
- The reason for the return is subjective and does not refer to the characteristics of the product or its quality;
- The delivery address you used to place the order was wrong or inaccurate.

Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
