How can I order?

To order please follow this steps:

  • You can send the order to comercial@elbons.com
  • You will receive a confirmation email with order details
  • A Customer Support representative will get back to you for confirmation

Do I need an account to place an order?

No. You don’t need an account to place an order. Just contact us trough our contact form and an operator will get back to you.

What Payment methods do you accept?

Bank Transfer is the only payment currently available.

After submitting your order, you will receive by mail a Proforma Invoice sent by our Commercial Department.
There you will have all details to make the payment.

What shipping methods do you provide?

Transport Companies (carrier) are our standard method (especially for *Europe). In some cases we also deliver through DPD all around the *World.

Notes:
*Countries which require customs duty. The customs policies differ among different countries. Once the package reaches the destination country, any customs or import duties that might occur should be paid by the client.

Can I save products that I like?

Yes. You can save any products that you like in your account. Just press Add to Wish list button and the product will be saved.

To access all saved products login to your account and go to Wishlist (Modify you wish list).

What is your return policy?

Please read carefully before you decide to make an order, our Return Policy.

General pricing information

Our prices are shown on the left side of every product description. This website it’s not a store website, which means you cannot add your product into a cart a procced to acquisition. Once you decide which product fits you the best, you should contact ELBONS and discuss about your purchase. ELBONS will submit an invoice to you so you can pay the establish deposit. Invoices are submitted in EUR (euro) and does not include VAT.

Do I have to pay a delivery cost?

If you don’t have an alternative, ELBONS has a third party collaboration with a local carrier. Therefore, there is a fee that we will communicate to you once we know all the details. This fee it’s calculated based on the distance and other potential costs required abroad.

Are there more costs I should be aware of?

The only costs you should be aware of it’s the acquisition cost and transport.

How complicated it's the maintenance of an electric vehicle by ELBONS?

ELBONS’s electric vehicles are low maintenance vehicle, which means if there is any problem with electronical parts, the plug and play scheme applies. You will be guided by our technicians during the intervention.

Where do I find the spare parts?

All the spare parts you need for your electric vehicle, are assured by ELBONS. Contact us and let us know what do you need.

I need to change a mechanical part, who should I call?

In case you need to change a mechanical part (spring, bearing etc), ELBONS advise their customers to get in touch with a local car-service and help them with professional intervention. This, is because the mechanical parts of our electric vehicles are no different than a conventional car. The spare parts are available and commercialized by ELBONS.
