Delivery to foreign countries: conditions, tax and customs

We fill orders from abroad only against payment in advance (via money bank order ). Banks sometimes charge high fees for the international transaction of payments: we will have to hold our international customers accountable for these costs (if necessary).

Deliveries to countries within the European Union (EU)

For shipments to countries within the European Union (EU) usually the current Romania value added tax (VAT, Mehrwertsteuer, MwSt.) applies. However, there are cases where the VAT of the destination EU-country will apply, because of exceeding certain delivery thresholds. This only applies to deliveries to private persons.

Other information

Courier transport is only valid for accessories and spare parts.
Electric vehicles, City electric cars, Electric tricycles, Cargo Freight electric cars should be picked up directly from the ELBONS headquarters to be tested and verified before delivery to the customer.
BONASERV srl. (through the elbons.com website) can theoretically send your order to any address in Romania.

Transport Costs

The transport is calculated for both individuals and legal entities according to weight, volume and distance from the delivery point. Mention: for the products supplied an additional fee is charged representing Delivery Services, the amount of which is established prior to the taking over of the Final Order by the Sales consultant. Payment for delivery services is paid with the value of the products ordered to BONASERV srl (ELBONS.com). The carrier is responsible for securing the products from supplier to beneficiary.
